This exclusive grill restaurant in Mendoza at Park Hyatt Mendoza is open for lunch and dinner, with traditional dishes such as the classic parrilla argentina, locro and empanadas that will delight its visitors.

With a simple and elegant design and a warm and attractive interior, the main room of the restaurant has an open parrilla, a wide wine library and a maximum capacity for 60 people. The remaining seats are positioned such that guests can enjoy a view of the garden and the swimming pool.
